Asian Women With Big Calves
Posted on: July 29, 2009 | By Maigal
Some races are known for big booties, big titties, big thighs but I think Asian women are known for big calves. I don’t know if it’s the rice we eat or the soy sauce we use, but I’ve seen a lot of Asians women with big calves. Most of my friends have gorgeous petite bodies but when it comes to their legs, it’s not proportional. It’s like seeing a black girl, no matter how skinny she is, she still has a derriere. I guess we have to live with what God gave us but we can hide it.
Here are the Do’s and Don’t to avoid emphasizing your calves.
Do’s
- Do wear high heels. This will elongate your legs and add sex appeal. You can wear slip-on sandals and stilettos. I know the gladiator sandals are in right now so if you are going to wear one, get something that matches with your skin color. It creates the illusion that the sandal is part of your legs.
- Do wear boy shorts or full length tights.
- Do wear free flowing pattern dresses or skirts. The fluffy skirt will draw the eyes to the dress and not your legs.
Don’t
- Don’t wear shoes that cut off your ankle. This will make your legs look shorter and highlight your calves. That means no marry janes, no ankle boots, and no gladiator sandals.
- Don’t wear knee length tights to go to the gym unless you want your trainer to see how fat your calves are.
- Don’t wear mini or knee length skirts or dresses. Your legs should never be the focus point.

Mr. Hong Kong a Gigolo?
Posted on: July 27, 2009 | By Maigal
Mr. Hong Kong is a beauty contest for young men organized by Hong Kong television station (TVB). This contest first started in 2005 and it has been a yearly event ever since. The winner of Mr. Hong Kong will be awarded with advertisement deals and most of them will get the opportunity to act.
I saw Mr. Hong Kong three years ago. There were some fine Asian men in that contest. Unlike Ms. Hong Kong which is a bit more serious, watching Mr. Hong Kong is like going to Hunkamania where Asian men get half naked and strut their stuff. It’s all for entertainment purpose.
I have heard rumors that some contestants sell themselves as gigolos to serve rich ladies in Hong Kong. Contestant Byron Pang who was in Mr. Hong Kong 2005 was rumored to offer large sum of money in exchange for spending time with rich older ladies. So guys, if you think you are hot but can’t get a job in this economy, I recommend you to apply for Mr. Hong Kong. If you don’t win, at least you can make money pleasuring rich ladies.
Double Eyelids Instantly
Posted on: July 24, 2009 | By Maigal
Double eyelid surgery is the #1 surgery performed in Asia, especially in Korea. They all want that nice crease to make their eyes bigger, rounder and more amenable to makeup. But not all of us want to go under the knife. I am a single eyelid girl and I have the perfect alternative to have double-eyelids instantly. It’s called the double-eyelid tape. It’s sold in most Asian pharmacies, beauty stores and online (ebay).
Here is a demonstration on how to apply double eyelid tape. Click to see more…

Learn about Table Manners Etiquette
Posted on: July 22, 2009 | By Maigal
Do any of you remember the scene in Pretty Woman when the concierge was trying to teach Julia Roberts proper table manners? Well, as painful as this is to admit, as recently as four years ago, I was that character from Pretty Woman (minus the prostitution of course). I didn’t know the first thing about proper table etiquette. I was still the traditional Chinese girl from Chinatown who never really branched out. When it came to a dinner outing, all that came to mind was a rice bowl and some chopsticks. I didn’t know the difference between a salad plate vs. a dinner plate or a goblet vs. a flute. I was clueless about western table manners. I’m sure some of you out there still have no idea what a goblet is. Answer: A goblet is just a water glass.
Here is a video I found that teaches proper table manner etiquette. Knowing proper table etiquette helps when going anywhere fancy. Let’s face it, you don’t want to look low class in front of your date or clients.
