Double eyelid surgery is the #1 surgery performed in Asia, especially in Korea. They all want that nice crease to make their eyes bigger, rounder and more amenable to makeup. But not all of us want to go under the knife. I am a single eyelid girl and I have the perfect alternative to have double-eyelids instantly. It’s called the double-eyelid tape. You need double eyelid tape and a tweezer.
Step 1 - Make sure your lids are clean.
Step 2 - Apply the tape onto your lids.
Step 3 - Voila... You have double eyelids instantly.
Step 4 - With some make-up and fake lashes, you are ready to go.

Maybe 100 years from now, Asian people (especially the women) won’t be so obsessed with thinking Whites look better than Asians, that there isn’t a need to look more Caucasian by getting surgery to change their natural eyes and noses, and realize that being Asian is okay and beautiful too. These people have unfortunately internalized the Caucasian-centric global fashion and media images that are pervasive everywhere, including East Asia. All the malls, movie theaters, etc are plastered with White, not Asian faces.
