40 Alone and Happy

Lately I have been watching a lot of make-up tutorials from Queenie Chan who is a famous make-up artist and beauty columnist in Hong Kong. I love following her make-up tips but her words of wisdom about life, health and love really inspires me to be true to myself and be happy with whatever I have. She is truly inspirational. I wish her a Happy Belated 40 Birthday.

Happy Birthday Maigal, Maigal is your birthday!
Yes, today is my birthday guys and I am ready to live it up tonight. I can’t believe I’m in my 30s. I am officially a “Puma”. Puma is single a woman in her 30s. Too young to be called a cougar and too old to be called a young lady.
How do I feel today? I do feel older in terms of physical appearance but in terms of personality, I think I am still the same old silly, clumsy, dorky and outspoken girl who is not afraid to say what’s on her mind. Now that I am older, I do feel I am more comfortable in my own skin. I know who I am, what I am and what I can offer. No insecurities here. Okay, maybe my body. I did gained a few pounds couple of months ago. Maybe that’s why I haven’t been doing anything naughty with anyone. Should I call myself a reborn virgin?
This year, I am grateful to have meet some really great people that I now considered my really good friends. During some difficult times last year, these people gave me the strength to be back to my happy self again. I am forever grateful for that. And of course, I am grateful to have my wonderful family. As much I want this and that for myself, I am just happy to be alive and healthy.
Whatever You Want Eye Candy

Being cute really does have its advantages. I was once pretty hot myself I might say. Please don’t puke! I remember going to the casino and guys would give me money to play. I didn’t know these men at all and they didn’t even expect anything from me. Yes, there is such thing as FREEBIES when you are hot. I would get free drinks from guys, dinner offers, spa packages, etc. Not only would I get freebies, but people were just nicer to me and I received more attention. This just goes to show you that being good looking has its advantages. Certain jobs are created because of beautiful people. For example, a porn star, stripper, go-go dancer and fashion/print model. All these occupations do not require you to even have a brain. Isn’t it great to be beautiful?
I do admit though, I am superficial. I love pretty things, especially HOT men.

There is a saying, Halloween is an excuse for women to dress slutty. So this is what I did. I’m suppose to be a Burlesque girl. Is this costume slutty enough for you guys? I don’t dress like this for any of my guys, but for Halloween, that’s my calling.
Thank you for those who came out to MHF Halloween Party last night at Buskers Lounge despite the snow and rain. You guys are a real trooper.
