Outfit Of The Day (OFOTD) – The Perfect Friday Night Out Outfit
Posted on: February 27, 2012 | By Maigal

As much as I don’t really care about how I look, my occupation as a real estate agent does requires me to look presentable. If I’m going to be selling million dollar homes, I have to look like I’m worth a million bucks myself.
Here is an outfit that I think all women should have in their closet, a little black dress and blazer. Pictured here, I’m wearing a grey blazer from G2000 and black dress from Zara. To play up my black dress during the day time, I added a grey blazer and large purse from Staccato to give me that professional and sophisticated look. When I wear dark colors, I like to wear red lipstick to give my face that vibrant and fresh look. To bring my outfit all together, I wore my Calvin Klein ankle beige suede boots (note: I don’t recommend ankle boots if you have big calves because it will only make your legs look chunky. Pumps are the way to go if you want to elongate your legs.) This outfit is the perfect Friday outfit where you can transform from day to night looking polish and chic. All you need is to take off your blazer, bring a smaller purse like my Gucci purse and accessorize it with a pair of sexy earrings and you’ll be on your way to a perfect night out. This outfit is simple yet elegant and sexy.
So what do you think of my outfit? Yay or Nay?
Sexually Frustrated Women
Posted on: February 21, 2012 | By Maigal
I have been noticing a lot of 30+ year old single/divorced women who are unreasonable, get angry and become frustrated very easily. One time I was hanging out with a 39 year old woman and the conversation turned to, what the escalators in the subway are used for. She said that the escalator is for people who want to stand on the escalator without having to walk up stairs, not for people who want to walk up the escalator in a hurry. If they are in such a hurry, those people should use the stairs. I looked at her and thought she must be crazy to even think like that. Everyone, especially in NYC, knows the escalators in the subway are to help people move faster and get to where they want to go. I told her, I agree – the escalator is for some people who don’t want to walk up stairs but it’s also for people who want to use the escalator to get upstairs quickly. She became angry and kept insisting that wasn’t the case. She couldn’t even begin to see my point.
Another example, last Saturday I was playing charades with my friends. During the game the word “sexing” came up and I asked my 30 year old friend if she wrote that word because I had never heard of it. Instead of just saying no she didn’t write it, she yelled, “NO stupid” and bitch slapped me! Recently, another similar incident took place. A 36 year old friend waited 40 minutes for me because I underestimated the time it would take to food shop for a hotpot we were planning. When I finally showed up, she got really irritated and started to throw a tantrum.
So what do all of these 30+ year old women have in common??? Read more
Beautiful Asian Skin

I am sure many of you girls can relate to this. As you sweep through your 20s and begin your 30s, many changes starts to occur in your skin and there is nothing you can do to stop this process from happening; like developing wrinkles, losing elasticity in your skin, dullness, discoloration, and adult acne. What you can do though is give your skin some TLC (Tender.Loving.Care) to slow down the process by doing diligent maintenance such as washing, cleansing, exfoliating, moisturizing, etc. As for myself, I began to see some of these changes slowly showing up, as I am no longer that “Spring Chicken” anymore who doesn’t need to put in too much effort to maintain myself. I started to see fine lines popping up, dry patches, acne, and discoloration around my eyes. Note: I had this issue due to wearing glasses for a long period starting at a young age. Anyway, with all this craziness happening to my skin I began to pay more attention to it. Read more
Adele Is Fat But Hot
Posted on: February 13, 2012 | By Maigal

Adele is one of my favorite artist right now. She has a beautiful voice, great songs and a really beautiful face. One of my favorite song from her is “Someone Like You”. I can hear this song over and over and not get bored of it. Maybe because I can relate to the lyrics of this song. Anyway, I heard Adele is comfortable with her larger frame but I wish she can lose some weight. It’s such a waste to have such a beautiful face and a fat body. She could be a world famous sex symbol if she only lose 20 lbs. Read more
