Yes, today is my birthday guys and I am ready to live it up tonight. I can’t believe I’m in my 30s. I am officially a “Puma”. Puma is single a woman in her 30s. Too young to be called a cougar and too old to be called a young lady.

How do I feel today? I do feel older in terms of physical appearance but in terms of personality, I think I am still the same old silly, clumsy, dorky and outspoken girl who is not afraid to say what’s on her mind. Now that I am older, I do feel I am more comfortable in my own skin. I know who I am, what I am and what I can offer. No insecurities here. Okay, maybe my body. I did gained a few pounds couple of months ago. Maybe that’s why I haven’t been doing anything naughty with anyone. Should I call myself a reborn virgin?

This year, I am grateful to have meet some really great people that I now considered my really good friends. During some difficult times last year, these people gave me the strength to be back to my happy self again. I am forever grateful for that. And of course, I am grateful to have my wonderful family. As much I want this and that for myself, I am just happy to be alive and healthy.

I do admit though, I am superficial. I love pretty things, especially HOT men. I recently met a gorgeous guy. He’s tall, handsome and charming. Gazing into his beautiful eyes and checking out his flawless face makes me want to say, “Gosh, you are so damn beautiful. I want to rape the shit out of you.” But of course, I didn’t say that because that would make me look desperate. LOL… I still have to maintain my integrity, you know? Although I didn’t do anything naughty yet with this guy, just having him siting next to me satisfies me already. He is simply my eye candy. I just want to look at him and smile.

There is a saying, Halloween is an excuse for women to dress slutty. So this is what I did. I’m suppose to be a Burlesque girl. Is this costume slutty enough for you guys? I don’t dress like this for any of my guys, but for Halloween, that’s my calling.

Thank you for those who came out to MHF Halloween Party last night at Buskers Lounge despite the snow and rain. You guys are a real trooper.

Things that bother Mai Guy:

1. Women that take pictures of every meal on FB. I am noticing a disturbing trend amongst Asian women. The combination of camera phones and FB has created the perfect recipe for one of the most annoying habits known to man. The need to photograph every meal, desert, snack, ball park nachos that a woman stuffs in her face. We get it, you are at a restaurant and you are eating a meal. Now stop photographing! No one gives a sh*t. In protest of this annoying habit I am going to begin photographing every mundane meal I encounter, i.e. my cereal in the morning with a glass of OJ, a bag of potato chips, my subway sandwich, Mc D’s 6 piece nuggets, etc. You get the point. This will be my protest against one of the most annoying things that I have to witness on a daily basis. For some reason, white girls don’t feel the urge to photograph incessantly or at the same rate that Asian women do, not sure why that is.

2. Women talking on their cell phone on the elevator. If I am forced to be a part of another woman’s conversation on an elevator ride I may just scream. I know there are men that talk on their cell phones as well, but for the most part a man knows to turn the conversational volume down a notch or to end the conversation in respect of the other people on the elevator. Women seem to be either oblivious or just don’t care. I have encountered way too many women who don’t mind talking about personal sh*t to their girlfriends at a volume that is way too loud to be comfortable. In protest of this annoying habit I may have to “engage myself” in their conversations whether they like it or now. “What , what is that? You weren’t talking to me? Well it didn’t seem like that when I was forced to be in your conversation!”

3. Asian girls that take the same silly girl pose in an attempt to be cute. You know, the “sad look, baby’s crying pose, I’m grumpy face…” Why do they have to do this? Once, maybe twice is cute. But when an entire night full of these childish poses occurs, it starts to border on just being plain weird. In addition to this one, girls that have to treat every night out as a personal photo shoot are annoying as hell also. I’ve been around women who can’t go 2 seconds without a camera flash going off. I’m literally embarrassed to be around them. Unless you are a celebrity or fashion model you probably shouldn’t have camera flashes in your face every 2 seconds.

That’s all for now, I have a lot more annoying things on my mind but I don’t want to come off as rude or angry. More to come later I’m sure.

Although I really don’t have any fashion background, I do know how to beautify myself with the right clothes, make-up and accessories. Why do you think 70% of the people attending my parties are guys? I have to look good to attract them right? Here is an overview of what’s HOT for Spring/Summer 2012. It seems like neon and pastel colors are the HOT colors for the season. I see a lot of hot pinks and yellows mixed with more subtle colors like white, beige and black. For hair, it’s all about sleeking it back with lots of gel and hairspray to give you a wet hair look. For make-up, red/hot pink lips with a clean face is HOT. It’s all about making a statement with your lips. For shoes, it’s about strappy sandals with super high heels. If you want to look tall and slender, high heels are a must. Overall, for the Spring/Summer 2012 fashion, it’s all about being bold, confident, sexy, yet feminine. That’s what all women should be like, don’t you think?
