Hello people,
Maigal is still alive. I have been working non-stop for the last few months in my real estate business that I just don’t have the energy or time to write anything. I promise I will write something juicy soon. Anyhow, on my walk home after an exhausting day at work, I was listening to Pandora, this song came up called “A thousand years” by Christina Perri. It’s such a beautiful song that makes me want to fall in love again. I definately would play this song on my wedding day if I ever get so lucky to marry the man of my dreams.

Sexually Frustrated Women

I have been noticing a lot of 30+ year old single/divorced women who are unreasonable, get angry and become frustrated very easily. One time I was hanging out with a 39 year old woman and the conversation turned to, what the escalators in the subway are used for. She said that the escalator is for people who want to stand on the escalator without having to walk up stairs, not for people who want to walk up the escalator in a hurry. If they are in such a hurry, those people should use the stairs. I looked at her and thought she must be crazy to even think like that. Everyone, especially in NYC, knows the escalators in the subway are to help people move faster and get to where they want to go. I told her, I agree – the escalator is for some people who don’t want to walk up stairs but it’s also for people who want to use the escalator to get upstairs quickly. She became angry and kept insisting that wasn’t the case. She couldn’t even begin to see my point.

Another example, last Saturday I was playing charades with my friends. During the game the word “sexing” came up and I asked my 30 year old friend if she wrote that word because I had never heard of it. Instead of just saying no she didn’t write it, she yelled, “NO stupid” and bitch slapped me! Recently, another similar incident took place. A 36 year old friend waited 40 minutes for me because I underestimated the time it would take to food shop for a hotpot we were planning. When I finally showed up, she got really irritated and started to throw a tantrum.

So what do all of these 30+ year old women have in common??? I want to say crazy, but the right description would be SEXUALLY FRUSTRATED. When women are in their 30’s and single, it can be a pretty daunting place. There are a lot of things they have to worry about. The first thing is their biological clock. If they want to reproduce they better do it soon before they hit their 40’s. Studies show it’s harder to for a woman to safely conceive once she hits 40. Second thing is old age and the appearance of wrinkles. The youthful days of smooth skin and a tight body begin to fade and sag. Third, just trying to find a decent, single guy becomes a treasure hunt. Even if you find one, most guys, including ones in their 40s, want women who are in their 20s. Plus, most women reach their sexual peek in their 30s. With all that in mind, it’s no wonder the 30+ year old women are so bitter. Maybe that’s the reason why I’m so bitter. LOL

Ladies, I think I’ve found a short term solution: get some loving once in a while. When you have sex, your body releases endorphins, a natural high that’s bound to make anyone a happy camper. If these women were getting some good loving, I don’t think they would have overreacted the way they did towards me. Their mind would have been preoccupied with the great time they had last night. For those sexless women out there, I think it’s time to let loose and stop being so uptight about every little thing in life. No one wants to be around a cranky, short tempered woman who complains all the time – not even your girl friends. So if you’re looking to get laid, TRY to be nice, stay positive and put a smile on your face, even if it’s fake. Remember, “You catch more flies with honey than vinegar.”

When I was in college, I dated a white guy who can actually speak and write Chinese better than I do. Well, that doesn’t say much because my Chinese is terrible. I’ve heard it all from my girlfriends and I’ve even said it myself. The only thing I can say to these girls is, “YOU DESERVE IT!” Why? Aren’t you the one who picks up his calls at night? Aren’t you the one who lets him be flaky? Aren’t you the one who goes over to his apartment? An honest truth is you brought it all upon yourself. An honest question is, “Why would you want to be with someone who doesn’t appreciate you?”

I’ll admit that I was one of those girls that would like a guy more if he didn’t appreciate me. I remember dating this one guy for 2 years and during that time he never treated me like his girlfriend. I wasn’t allowed to meet with him if he was out with his friends. We never even spent a New Year’s eve together for those two years. I tried everything within my power to make him like me. I would do things like clean his place, wash his laundry and cook him dinners. I even made a meal and carried it over to his place during a snow storm. What did I get in return? Nothing! In my mind, I kept thinking, what did I do wrong? Why won’t he love me?

When the relationship finally came to an end, I felt sorry for myself for three months and blamed that asshole of an ex for causing all this pain in my life. Then one day, it hit me. I realized that I did all this to myself. I was the one who let some asshole come into my life and mistreat me. The reason it lasted for two years was because, like many women out there, I was unable to let go. Some women can’t let go of a bad relationship because they don’t want to be alone. They’d rather put up with an asshole than be alone. My problem was different. I had an ego problem. I didn’t want to fail. I wanted to win his love. The way I look at it, it’s like playing a video game where you have to kill all the bad guys to get to the next level. As you succeed, you go to the next harder level but when you get killed, you keep pressing continue and keep trying again and again and again. It doesn’t matter that it’s 3 a.m. and you have work the next day, you have to keep playing until you’ve won the entire game.

That relationship taught me a lot about myself. I learned that not everyone is going to love me but I will never let anyone take me for granted. For all the women who think guys are using you for your booty, stop giving it! It’s that simple. Why would any man reject you if you’re available on demand? I wouldn’t give up a good bootycall that’s just a text away. The most important thing I learned is to love yourself. So build up your self-esteem and keep a positive attitude. Also remember to work on your image, both inside and out. When you look good, you feel good.

What Is Dating?

Only in New York City, the word “Dating” can have different meanings for every individual. According to one of my friend, dating means when both parties have mutual interest that is not platonic. It has to be something significant that occurs between the both you. For example, if you spend a good amount of time with each other and being intimate with each other, I would say, you guys are dating.
